When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, organisation, work email, phone number, and your message. We also record technical attribution data at the time of submission: the page source, referring link, approximate country, and a timestamp. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to qualify and route it to the Valentis team, and to send you the resource you requested plus related follow-up about Valentis's security services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond Valentis Security and the service providers that operate this engine on its behalf.
Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can opt out at any time — one click, and we stop. To reach us directly about your data, or to request access to or deletion of it, email privacy@send.82pencils.com.
If you telephone a number published on our pages, we may log which number and campaign the call came from, for attribution. We do not record call audio. Pennsylvania is a two-party-consent state; should any line ever be recorded, you will be told before the call proceeds.
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to serve your request and our legitimate business follow-up, then delete them. Records are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with access limited to the people operating the engine.
